The post fix fix update. v4 (Room build delays gone!, Rooms can loop!)

New version v4 is out. With the termination of room building delays that would cause the game to hang when you made connectors or rooms. (Discovered some adaptable navmesh tech). Rooms can now loop to each other (Though!, not if you loop around the starting structure where they spawn from). The visitors wont push each other off of machines anymore or congest too hard anymore.
